Your level changes according to the points earned over the last 12 rolling months (excluding exchanged rewards) — the more active you are, the higher your status. Note: this only applies to your level/status : your points balance is yours for life and never decreases over time (see “Points expiry” below). Each level also has its own card style, to display on your account and share on social media.

3000 pointsClub Randomania's loyalty programme rewards members who travel with us, share their experience and introduce the club to their friends and family. How to earn points: you automatically receive points when a trip booked through your account is completed, when you publish a review of a trip, and when a person you referred makes their first trip. The exact number of points for each action is shown on the “My points” page of your account. How to use your points: your points can be exchanged for the rewards available in the “Rewards” section of your account, as long as your balance is sufficient. An exchanged reward cannot be refunded or cancelled. Points expiry: points earned by members do not expire. Good faith and abuse: Randomania reserves the right to cancel points obtained fraudulently (fake bookings, fake reviews, fictitious referrals) and to suspend access to the programme in case of obvious abuse. Changes to the programme: Randomania may change the points scale, the rewards offered or these conditions at any time.
